Up to 5 years warranty.
Our drive and determination to provide beautiful designs and furniture to match also includes a determination from Sculleries to look after our clients longer term. Our warranty on all furniture extends to a full five years on items which we manufacture, supply, and deliver. For self-assembled items we will provide (Delivered) warranty assistance to help during and after your own installation teams have handled the parts and installed to our instructions within a reasonable time after delivery to your address.
The quality and workmanship of the furniture you have invested in will mean many years of use and enjoyment well past our initial warranty period. Built to last really does mean just that.
Our warranties do not affect your mandatory rights under applicable law.
The warranty covers material and workmanship defects on all products from our entire collection, ensuring that defects are corrected, or the product is replaced within the warranty period.
Making a Warranty Claim
For 5 Year Warranty claims, these must be made in writing with supporting documentation within a reasonable time after the defect has been discovered and in any case before the end of the warranty period. You must be able to document where and when the product was purchased or delivered, by presenting a receipt. You may also be asked to present relevant documentation of the defect in the form of photographs or similar, or to return the product for further investigation of the defect. (Delivered) warranty assistance can be reported in much the same way, contact us within a reasonable timeframe and we will do our utmost to help with any self-assembly or installation issues not caused by Sculleries.

How we deal with complaints
When you file a complaint about a defect, Sculleries will examine the case and, at its own discretion, assess whether it is covered by the warranty. We will then decide whether the claim is relevant and if so, the defect can be rectified, or the product is to be replaced. Sculleries reserve the right to decide which action to take if the claim is covered under warranty and will cover the costs for replacement or repair of the affected part or parts. We really care about our business and our valued clients and will do everything we can to help where we can.
